Dental PPO Insurances accepted

Insurance contracts change frequently based on the policies of insurance providers, but as a commitment to transparency, Clairemont Mesa Dental Center tries to maintain an active list of insurance plans that we are in-network with where patients will experience the most savings. While we do accept every PPO insurance and can treat you here regardless of network status, PPO reimbursements are maximized at in-network facilities.

We are currently NOT in-network with any HMO, DMO, Medical, Denti-cal, or Medicaid plans.

Please note that network status can vary from plan to plan even within the same insurance network. For example, Clairemont Mesa Dental Center is in-network with Anthem Complete PPO plans, but NOT in network with Anthem Prime PPO plans. Exclusions are noted below in bold parentheses whenever possible in an attempt to make this more clear.
